This is a fully integrated scanning solution for SIMS that requires Nuance’s eCopy ShareScan with RecordLink4ShareScan to link it to SIMS. Once installed on a compatible device schools can scan hard copy directly to the SIMS record, to multiple students and creating database entries such as Achievements on the fly as required. User access is as per SIMS with Public/Private and Confidential options for subsequent document access. Optionally, ShareScan offers integration with Outlook exchange, configurable connectors for ad hoc paperwork such as delivery notes and very much more.
